Hi Everyone,

I've been registered for a little while, but I thought it was an appropriate time to say hello, I bought a Fabia VRS yesterday (black) from Lightcliffe skoda in Halifax. :D

My current motor is a ford focus diesel (90 bhp) and I live in Halifax.

Does anyone know if the standard headunit is capable of taking an aux input (ipod) without having to get the full ipod set-up? I've got a poineer MP3 player in my focus and I've got the ipod linked straight into the back of it, but I might sell it and keep the std ICE in the Fabia, just for the sake of the hassle involved (and my pioneer's face is scratched to hell)?

Welcome to Briskoda :wavey:

Enjoy your car and start saving :D;)

Welcome to Briskoda.

There is an official kit now availble which seems to be made by Denison. It'll set you back around £100. Details on my website.

Hello and welcome, you like your Furby then?

Welcome to Briskoda. :D If you don't get a reply here to your query about the headunit, repost it in the ICE, Security and Insurance forum here.

I've just seen this, and I hope you get better service from them than I did !

I find their Huddersfield branch much more accommodating and helpful, even to the tune of letting me loose in Nigels vRS Octavia when mine was in for a 10 min. job recently (no good for me, not diesel !)

Good luck with your car, and a belated welcome to a fellow Halifuscian (?!!)

I do, very much. Picked it up yesterday. I find the fact that I alreadyhave 9 points a bit frustrating tho.

Mad day today, I've been cut up and someone almost reversed into me in a car park

I need t go back to skoda because i forgot to give them my spare key on the part ex and also they forgot to give me a user manual and service book

Does anyone know why it beeps up that its 4 degrees outside, and a picture of a snowflake?
