I've removed the umbrella's from the doors just to rule those out and I'll be applying a bit more Gummi Pflege to the door seals to see if they can be cured that way.  I suspect the drivers door in particular needs to be re-aligned or similar as there's a bit of 'play' in it with the door closed. 

 

Hi mate. I had to give mine two very generous doses of the gummi pfleger to stop the door creak, so certainly worth doing it again. Mine tends to sit in a rather more sedate rpm range, so can't help with that one.
