MFD / Maxidot stopped working after main dealer service

Hi,
Does anyone know how to reactive the MFD menu on a Octy mk2?

 

I used to be able to access it by holding the "down" button on the indicator stalk but since it went for a main delaer service and they "upgraded" the software I can no longer access it.

I have spoken to the dealer and their answer was "you dont have maxidot"... well i DID have it!!!! :-)

Any suggestions how to get it back other than taking my car do a different dealer?
