Is there a guide for installing an armrest in a vrs ?

I have been scanning the forum, i haven't found a thread about installing an armrest. 

 

Does anyone know where there will be one available to find?

I have one in mine, I didn't install it but can take photos of it if that helps you?

Yes please if you could just need some of guide to know where to screw it into etc.

Not a clue sorry, it was in the car when I bought it.

Really easy it screws into the cup holder then the arm rest holder screws into that and then slots in
