Hello sorry my first post is a problem asking for your advice I have a 2007 roomster automatic I have had the car parked up while I have been away to cornwall for a week upon trying to go out this morning the engine started straight away as usual but the gearbox seems not to be working I can move the shifter between the gears but theres no movement at all from the car which is locked up as though in park we cannot even push it to move it ,when I select drive it is showing `E` on the dashboard to the right beside the numbered gears below the speedometer. Any help greatly appreciated I have had the car 2 years and no problems before 

Sorted it out thanks the brakes had seized on while I`ve been away
