Hi May be  a silly question, but could anyone tell me the VCDS Byte and Bit which controls the rear lid latch locking on my 2009 Octy Elegegance Estate please?  Whilst activating front cornering foglights I inadvertently disabled the rear latch lock/ unlock control .

You might want to update your VCDS software as you're out of date.

 

There are a few bits that aren't quite what I'd expect but as there is no error code, I'm not sure there relevant. Have you checked the coding log to see what changes you made and any previous autoscans?

Hi again Langers2K thanks for the advice - I accessed the CSV file and copy/pasted the original (First) coding version, which restored the rear lid locking.  From this point I re-coded for cornering foglights and auto central locking/ unlocking.

Everything works as expected.   I have just noticed that the handbrake ribbon has broken - more work!
