Hi All, without taking the door card off and physically looking at the lock mechanism does anybody know the part number for the drivers door lock,VCDS shows it as 1T0-959-701-AA with a fault  code 00928-locking module for central locking,front drivers side (f220) 008- implausible signal-intermittent cheers Stuart

Took off the door trim and managed to fit a small camera through one of the grommets and found it to be 3D2837016 J   so I can at least get round to ordering one, the inner door card is pop riveted on so I will wait until the lock arrives before I take it all apart ! Cheers Stuart

Well it looks like the only locks available are second hand unless I go to the dealers ! and there are some with the same numbers but the last letter is differant does anybody know what the end letters mean ? ps its a nine pin connector. cheers Stuart
