3rd Skoda at 24. And it's the big one...

Featured Replies

Hi,

At the grand old age of 24, I've decided to completely break the bank and buy the fastest road car Skoda have done.

Let me start again. My first car was the most basic Fabia. It wasn't cool for my friends, it wasn't a Fiesta, or a Polo etc. It was a granny's car, but it was my car. And it was great, from its home in Worcestershire, it reached Scotland, Cornwall, London and everywhere in between in comfort, practicality and safety.

My second car was a little more exciting. I had a leaflet come through the post from my local Skoda dealer. It was announcing the black edition of it's range. I went to go and have a look and fell in love with the Octavia. I was 21, it's a big car to have at my age, but it was better than anyone else had! More style, faster, bigger. I liked it so much, I went 12,000 over my PCP arranged mileage.

And finally, this week, despite ordering it in December, I have picked up my latest purchase. Skoda Octavia 245 vRS. Apart from the fact someone has smacked a trolley into it at my local car park and dented two doors, it's such a wonderful drive. So quick, sounds great in vRs mode and has actually turned heads.

Who wouldn't buy a Skoda?!
