Fabia Problems

Featured Replies

Have 2000 comfort model Fabia1.4 8v. Bought at auction.

None of electrics in driver's door are working (driver's window, elec mirrors, cl). Brought it to dealer who said it was all caused by a broken regulator. Subsequently showed to my regular mechanic who said that replacing regulator would only fix window. Can anyone advise me on this problem? Are these problems all linked?

Id go with what the skoda dealer said, but if the regulator is expensive wait for more technical advise to come along and help you.

surely if none of the electrics to the door is working ,its probably going to be a wiring problem to the door i'd check all the plugs connecting the door to body , maybe there disconnected
