Not sure if it’s just me but since collecting my vRS 245 estate in March this year, I’ve had lots of people looking and staring at the car. 

 

Especially from other motorists waiting at lights across junctions etc...

 

Its not modified and doesn’t look particularly special in my opinion.

 

Im not a big fan of the headlight changes and always thought the pre FL looked better but for some reason the new looks seem to be catching attention. 

 

I do like the way the daytime running lights change orange when indicating and that seems to be a contributing factor. 

 

Kind of Audi-esque 

 

Keen to to hear if anyone else noticed the same..

Nope but then I have a pre-facelift. Can only assume those turned heads are disbelief that those headlights actually made it to production 

I've noticed this too.

 

I was in slow traffic the other day, and a guy going the other direction was clearly checking my 245 out as he was dawdling.

 

A number of people passing by our house whilst it's parked on the driveway....

If only then knew how much it cost and what kind of cars you can buy for it...

I suspect it's the Extremes that get the attention, although it's quite eye-catching in Moon White with a sunroof...

Definitely the Extremes - the looks are from sheer dis-belief that anyone would choose such terrible looming wheels on such a good looking car - although I favour the less aggressive looking non-VRS type front end.

 

I don't dislike 19" wheels just the design of the Extremes.

 

My personal opinion - enjoy your car. 

 

Don't bother to reply that I am a sad bar steward - I know and am proud of it.

I really like the Extremes...! Although -

 

 

I do get a bit of attention on local roads but that's either for one of two things: 

 

1.  Local plod apparently have been trialling Superb 280's as unmarked patrol cars and they also have Octy vRS', so people do stare/slow down once they spot something remotely sporty with a Skoda badge.  I used to get this a lot with my vRS.  

2.  My paint choice is very marmite so people are likely staring, then calling out "Pass the eye bleach, it can't be unseen"

My 245 get a bit of attention but i'm in Australia and most people over here don't even know what a Skoda is
