Scout front shocker

Featured Replies

Hi so both my front shocks need changing it's a 2010 tdi scout 4x4

So put my reg In euro car parts 3 different ones to choose from so I pick the one that mentions for cars that go off road only to find after I done the job that the bore is 50mm and my old one was 55mm bore so doesn't fit

The other 2 for sale do not mention for off road they are 55mm bore on them

So any one know what one to go for or should it be dealer parts

The number I got of 1 shock 1to 413 031 jd any help

Or any one got the rite oem number

Best to contact them direct and give them the VIN.  I doubt any Scout came with 50mm struts.

You'll probably find that any of the dampers fit all variants as they have enough stroke to work with sports, standard and off-road setups.

as far as I can see   1KO 413 -31 BE/BF/BG/HN/HM/HP  "FOR ESTATE CAR 4X4 PR-2UA"

P.S.  for PR-2UB   (heavy duty)   BK/BL/HL/JD     think thats the lot   probably been updated  X times more comebacks than Status Quo
