At the moment i just masking taped the front add-on on to see what it would look like, super Skoda sent bond to stick it on... But I was thinking 3M tape might be better?! How have other people attached there's?

Cheers all and have a lovely evening B)

I got it from Superskoda, they say it's for the manual only but it does also fit the auto, it's just not as wide as the original fitted to the auto. I found this out from @ahenners

Damn it, I had forgotten about the footrest and now I’ll have to add that to my upgrade list. It never ends!!!

Car looks very nice, they do look sharp in white :)

Haha not that expensive at the moment! $29.99 and finishes the footwell off like it should have been from factory.

Thanks, it does look good in white, though when buying I really wanted Rallye Green B)

I also really wanted the Rallye Green and I even found one, but my other half hated the colour and refused to let me have it. So I ended up with a really anonymous grey one. You win some...

Another +1 on wanting Rallye Green. It's a lovely colour and not one I see very often on an Octavia VRS. See a [not so] Rapid regularly but that doesn't do it justice.

How is the foot rest fitted, does not need much to fit it?

1 screw and a little wiggling.

1 torx screw from the side and slides out if I remember rightly.

Dragon Green (looks more yellow to my eyes) is also lovely. Dealer had a Sportline in that colour in when I last went for a service.

I've pretty much consigned myself to a Superb Estate in the near future with 2 bambinos under 3. I'm not sure the Octy is going to cut is space-wise longer term.

 Is it really that bad? Expected it to handle worse and more floaty but assumed a Sportline with DCC would take the edge off it?

Must admit went from 64 plate VRS Tdi DSG to a new 16 plate Superb 1.4Tsi hatch and although it was fun revving the life out of it for little reward it was as Tony put it a bit of a BARGE. Put up with it for 16 months a 16,000 miles but FELT THE NEED THE NEED FOR SPEED. Plus VRS245 handles (no pun intended) SUPERBLY in comparison!

Hey, I got these reverse bulbs from AliExpress

iJDM Error Free Super Bright 15W 35-SMD 1156 P21W 7506 LED Replacement Bulbs For Euro Car Backup Reverse Lights,12V Xenon White

The number plate lights are genuine Skoda units off eBay, I will try and find the part number for you.

You do need to do some small coding for LEDs but nothing scary.

I used odbeleven for most things, I think it was about £30 and for things like the LED coding you can use there precoded apps which cost credits which you can build up for free.... If you want to do more long coding then you would need the pro pack too which cost another £40-ish I think.

PRO pack is about £20. Worth it for long coding and adaptation changes :)

what if like alot of people you have an iphone?

how do you get around the app not being available on your mobile?
