We recently bought a 2015 citigo that didn't come with the PID.

 

We already have a Garmin DriveSmart 50LMT-D, If I buy just the

PID bracket, is it a standard garmin connector that will hold

our garmin?

The PID cradle is specifically designed for the PID, therefore won’t work with any other Garmin models. It will however work with the previous Navigon PID. 

 

I took the cover off the contacts on the dash, put a tom tom adhesive disk over it and put the normal Garmin mount on that.
