steering wheel control not working after upgrade

Hi all

 

I have recently upgraded my car stereo to Columbus, however since the upgrade the steering wheel controls no longer work - everything else is ok.

 

Any help/advice  on how to sync the steering wheel to the stereo.

The columbus unit will probably need coding to the car

Yes I try to do coding but still not working any ideas where I can go in program and do coding thx

Got a VCDS autoscan?

Yes I do use vcds autoscan and it shows all good but still steering cantrol not working rest all works fine

Are you going to post your autoscan?

 

It'll show us how the car is setup and might give some ideas about what's causing your issues...
