Just a couple of questions (VRS) Oh OK then, more than a couple.

Mostly electrical these ones.

Can you put a fuse in to give you day running lights?

Do the headlights go off when the key is removed?

Does the heater run off a matrix or is in a completely electrical affair?

Can you line in an MP3 player into the standard stereo (I know the ipod can be added, but I've got a creative zen, just a headphone line in will suffice)

Is the horn reedy or beefy?

1) Dunno

2) Headlights go down to parking lights on my classic model, if the lights are left on

3) Dunno

4) I don't think this is possible, although you could use a cassette adaptor, or FM transmitter thingy

5) I also want to know this =]

1) dunno about running lights as an aftermarket fit, but you can just turn the lights on!

2)headlights do go down to parking lights (side lights) when engine turned off...

3)heater matrix, uses heat from the coolant, takes a while on a cold aberdeenshire morning!

4)horn is fine, doesn't sound like a nissan micra ;)

1) Dunno

2) Parking/sidelights. Annoying beep when you open the door.

3) Matrix. Some markets get an electric one that operates until the engine is warmed up

4) No. Search on VAGX1 - it's an interface that fools the HU into thinking there is a CD changer attached allowing the use of the CD Changer line-in.

5) The horn sounds fine, I think it's twin tone. The Seat Ibiza FR one sounds like a pansy in comparison.
