The bit on the silver line? I wouldnt be able to say unless i looked at it in person.  Its whether it has been caused by an external influence.

It doesn’t seem to be a common issue (like the wheel caps) so I would check for any stone chips/fractures that would allow water ingress. If there is nothing obvious then try a warranty claim for delamination.

Yep agree, just ask them to check. One dealer to another may be different, due to how clued up/cautious their warranty administrator is. Reason being is skoda uk "can" ask for items back for inspection and if they deem that item isnt covered under warranty due to XYZ the whole claim gets rejected and dealer ends up footing the bill.
