Will have a search later on there when get 10 minutes spare, but excuse my ignorance here but what are P Zero's?

Pirelli tyres performance tyre fairly quiet decent dry grip but not great in the wet (slide round corners) and last fairly well if you don't slide them too much.

  • The wheels only kerb easily if you drive into kerbs. They’re no worse or better than any other wheel.

  • Great bit of advice and worth adhering to, IMO.  The one major drawback of R19 is tyre prices, in some cases double (or slightly more) than the equivalent R18.   Nearly £800 for a set of PS4's

  • Model year changes are around week 22 of the year I believe. So anything built (not registered!) after week 22 in 2015 is MY16 etc. In other words the cars you posted are already newer than MY15.

Not sure that would be too great in the North East as we get plenty of that damn rain!! Ha ha.

Just found out the car has had two previous owners which has me slightly concerned given that it's only 2 years old. Making me wonder why they've got rid of it so quickly. Maybe nothing of course but it's the cynic in me.

Pollen filter was recently changed as well when last service was done and car has only done 341 miles in the two months since.

Could have been a dealer demo and then 1 proper owner. Goodyear F1 and Uniroyal are good rain tyres in my experience.

Going ahead with the purchase. Should be collecting on Saturday.

Thanks again for all responses everyone. Looking forward to joining the Skoda club.

Ive put uniroyal rainsport3's on my vrs estate. Brilliant in the wet and very well priced too.

So pleased that I went ahead and bought this car. Has probably became my favourite ever car in all honesty.

Thanks again for the help and advice that everyone gave me last September.

Glad you are enjoying it, I have found you always get good advice on here- priceless 🙂

Already got an idea of a route I am going to ask to drive to take in stop start of lights along with getting onto a section of motorway to get it to 70mph.

Wasn't sure about the paint on the under carriage at first glance (see photo) with both sides the same as not seen that on any of my car's previously.

Didn't look inside tonight but will make sure I give it a good look over. From what I could see through windows though it looks to be in a very good condition overall.

Not fussed on spending any money to change its appearance in all honesty. Just glad I got some good advice on here and bought myself a very good car.

PS - would've loved to get that colour of yours mind rather than white but can't have everything all the time
