No, this isn't a joke!!!

I was in a friends Bora the other day and I noticed the distinct lack of wind noise from around the top of the windscreen. My Octy has a great deal of WN from 50mph upwards and on the basis that this is really the same front end as me mates Bora, I find it odd why this should be the case.

I do recall seeing this noted from some early roadtests of the Octy, but would have thought they'd cured this.

Anyone else notice this as a problem and if so, found a cure (and before anyone else say's it - apart from Gaviscon!)

BTW - no, the screen isn't loose!!

I hadn't noticed the noise at the top, but the seal on mine was a but uneven at the bottom edge of the passenger side near the wipers so at 'speed' air was getting underneath and 'flapping' a bit. As the ECU lives under there I'll blame Jabba

I haven't noticed anything else on mine, and its actually a lot quieter than the girlfriends (new shape) Mondeo which is terrible from both 'B' pillars.
