Morning all,

I've recently bought my first Skoda - a 2017 Octavia 2.0TDi vRS hatch. Liking it so far, came from a Kia Sportage 1.6GDi - poles apart in terms of performance!

I'm looking forward to learning more about my Octavia - these forums are a wealth of information :-)

Welcome, I too came from a Sportage to a 67 plate VRS..

I don't think I will! The buying experience wasn't as good as I expected it would be - I bought 'unseen' as the car came from another branch of the same dealer and only looked over it on the day of collection. Of course, I was so excited and I overlooked a couple of scratches that are going to niggle me now. I suppose the colour (quartz metallic) shows light scratches more than a white Sportage!

I noticed it more in my pocket, 55mpg as opposed to 40...

Mine was a white Sportage too..

Amundsen MIB2 Firmware Update

Hello I have a Amunsen MIB2 with MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0359T SW0359 HW28 PART NUMBER 5Q0 035 874B I have been looking very where to find an update as i believe there is SW 0363 H31 that will work on my system. I have also read that SW 0456 HW41 also works but i am not 100%. is there anyone that has either of these software or hardware they are will to share or has anymore information that could help me please would be much appreciated. I have seen @SashaGrace @pab

Hi Need some advice on this whistling sound... It's a 2010 superb MK2 with 2.0tdi pd140 engine...200k/miles. There was a very faint whistling on acceleration/reving but had become louder. The car is in need of a new dual mass flywheel but what I'm trying to figure out (budget for ) is this noise...does it sound like a vacuum/boost issue OR do I possibly have a failing turbo? Hi we recently bought a nearly new 2025 Skoda Enjaq 2025 85X and three weeks ago the following happened to my wife on a flat car park: I reversed into a parking space with empty spaces each side of the car. I elevated the P switch to red light position. I opened driver door and screen was on Goodbye. I got out of car and closed driver door. I opened rear right passenger door to remove a bag. Closed that door. Remembered I needed to turn off Interior Monitoring as dog was in the boot. Opened

Generally, i dont like to be one of those people to open up another topic that has been exhausted time and time again, but after extensive research, i really am struggling to find a forum response that matches fully with my issue. My 2023 Fabia started throwing up two faults. First the windshield wipers stop working and there's a fault about that. So far I have been able to get them started again by turning them on and off a few times. Then another fault happens in rapid succession and the lane assist stops working. I have an extended warranty until September but the dealer suggested it might be out of warranty because I recently had an oil service, MOT, and new tyres fitted at a local garage. Any advice welcome.
