Ultimate Diesel

Featured Replies

Yeah....But you get better MPG with it sitting on the back of that truck !!.....hope car is up and running soon !

Car was on the trailer at 10AM and delivered back to work at 2PM, not bad going really but I suppose I got my monies worth, LOL!!

I ran about three tanks of ultimate before I decided the price wasn't worth it.

My comments vs Shell diesel (possibly extra):

- MPG increase is offset by cost increase so basically all equal there.

- Engine running was definately a bit quieter and smoother.

- Much cleaner exhaust when putting the power down in terms of smoke.

Personally I'd fill up with it before an MOT is due, run through the tank and then fill it up again for the MOT. Rest of the time I'd stay on normal fuel such as shell.

Millers is good but skoda does say don't use any adatives on some cars. Mine is a 110 TDi but I have never put millers in it, just in older XUD's on which it had a very good effect.
