PD170 VRS front calipers on a PD140 Estate 4x4?

Anyone know if the 312mm calipers on my (now retired) PD170 VRS will fit the PD140 Estate 4x4 I bought to replace it? I've already moved the 18" Zeniths over to the new car, so clearance is not an issue. Just need to know if the calipers would be a straight swap. 

If it's the same as my pd140 scout the calipers will be the same, it is just the discs and caliper carriers that need changing.

As above you just need the carriers and 312mm discs to upgrade as the calipers will be the same.
