Is variable servicing right for me?

Featured Replies

When picking up my new vrs the dealer told me it has been set to variable servicing. I might not even do 10,000 miles a year, these miles will mostly be done on the island, so is this the best option for me?

Also, how do I change it?

Fixed servicing is best for you as the Fabia doesn't support variable (AFAIK!)

Chris

You change to fixed servicing by reading the manual and following the instructions ;)

I do a similarly low mileage and have opted for fixed servicing, but then my car has done 95k miles.

As Chris says the Fabia RS is supposed to be fixed servicing only @ 10k miles intervals. I would give them a bell.

You 06 peeps are way out of my league. Doesn't one just get the car serviced when it's done the usual mileage service points (or each year if sooner)?

Knits faster

fixed servicing is the best option i reckon.

You dont have an option, vRS Fabia is fixed only.
