Well this looks a friendly place!:biggrin:

My last forum was a GT86/BRZ forum which was equally so.

 

Having decided that I needed a change of direction I went from a Subaru BRZ to a 2017 Superb L&K hatch. To give me a bit of enjoyment I plumped for the 280PS model. Well, you only live once!

It's a totally different vehicle (well duh!) from the BRZ but apart from the surfeit of power, I love the ability to waft along in town. It reminds me of a big engined saloon from the 90s with its effortless cruising.

Only thing I don't particularly like is that it was spec'd from new with the 19" alloys.:ohmy:

Looking forward to reading up on some great tips and advice.

Hi Groaver, there's no substitute for power! I went from Impreza to Octavia vRS and now Lexus IS 300h, however.

Sounds like a great car there, happy motoring.

    A warm welcome to the Forum !  Also from the GT86 Forum.  Sold my 86 last year and got the Octavia 1.5TSI.  Still miss the 86 and the ability to overtake neatly:crying:
