Hi, I need to replace my power steering pump unit and need a step by step guide.  I have the Fabia manual, but it does not say anything about the unit.  Could someone give me an idiots guide for what steps are needed.  Thank you.

 

 

Follow a guide of removal of front bumper.

 

If you do that first, half of job is done already..

Can I ask why you are changing the pwr steering pump. Do you have definite evidence that it is bust. A read on this board suggests that there are several explanations for no pwr steering plus dash light, some as simple as a fuse or low battery power. If you do know the pumps duff the ignore me.
