The software was using a 6 speed box, it's the rpm when you change out of that gear (i.e 1st into second, and fifth into sixth).

I'll mail the software on shortly to those that requested it.

Oh yeah, I can do the TDi if you like, but need the gear ratio's (inc final drive) and bhp/ftlb figures, and if there is any weight difference between it an the vRS

Interesting thread Greg. Having second thoughts about getting my fabia chipped straight after the run in proccess. Sounds a better idea to rack up a few thousand miles first.
