Hi folks, 

I seem to be making my way through the usual suspects on my 02 sdi.

 

Im getting an intermittent albeit faded PAS light on my dashboard.

 

Im just wondering if the sensor is the same over all models or different.

 

Also does anyone know a part number? 

 

As of yet ive not checked it on vcds, no one i know has one, although its looking like a good idea to source one myself soon! 

 

Ive read about some of the usual tests to do, are there any definate electrical checks i should do? Ive checked the earth and battery leads, all are fine and battery is only 4 months old...

Its usually the steering sensor...which could be one of these..best to give reg to skoda dealers parts dept..
