Please can any fellow Briskodians enlighten me as to how can the air vent be re-aligned, as the vent assembly is out of alignment relative to the outer trim surround. Therefore when you shut the vents they do not sit flush with the surround trim.

Maybe a trick one?

I'm not sure they are supposed to?

Easiest solution is to take it back to the dealer and get them to do it. It's what warranties are for...

I don't know if this helps but if I understand correctly when you shut the vents they do not completely shut/stay slightly proud? I only recently discovered that the vents on my Octavia (which I'm guessing are the same?) do shut flush if you turn the wheel home ie there is a slight resistance/notch/whatever then the vents are flush.
