I need some new seats for the 4x4 to gain more support, I know the Mk 4 Golf GTI/R32 seats fit as do the S3 ones but will Audi TT & Seat Leon Cupra seats fit

I dont want the Octy RS ones as they have no side airbags

Leon Cupra and Cupra R seats will slot straight in.

Golf/Bora Mk4, A3/S3, Leon/Toledo, Octavia are all good. The only odd one out is the TT which despite being the same platform uses different seat mountings. Also worth noting is 3dr seats fit in a 5dr no problem; just you have the tilt option which isn't really needed but comes in useful for cleaning or if you need extra room in the back .
