I'll point you to this thread...

I had the exact same symptoms, also my car went into limp mode (no power wouldn't get above 50mph) it was diagnosed as the TPS (throttle position sensor) was throwing the fault up. If you read on it was my battery that was duff. I see that fault code pic you posted up shows  D/E voltage correlation, my tech guy at the garage said it's most likely the TPS isn't getting the correct voltage to it re battery down on power.

Anways a new battery solved my little problem, all well now for a few months after the battery was fitted. As a observation I see your car is 2014 model, same as mine........tech guy said they don't last long these days, he's seen many VAG cars throw codes up and it's been the battery. Incidently a new TPS was quoted @£112 + fitting, I never needed one.

I would get your battery checked out first, not saying it's your problem but you can eliminate it from the cause.

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago .. Setting off for work and the moment the ignition button was pressed mayhem. The parking sensor bleeped, engine ran badly and 3 warning lights remained on, together with the yellow triangle indicating there is a problem. The ESC, Tyre Pressure and EPC lights. I switched off the engine and checked the tyres, no visible problems, re-started the engine, switched off the parking sensors and gently increased revs. Drove to work like this, no stop-start, no cruise control, hill-hold, OBC refused me access to re-set the tyre pressure monitor. When I set off for home the engine warning light also remained illuminated - I took the train home instead. The engine did not go into limp mode, but again I did not attempt to drive with it like this so perhaps it would have.

Fault diagnosed as throttle sensor, part replaced under warranty. (Toledo not Rapid)
