If you trust paypal have a read. It does not act as a financial institution and as such is entirely unregulated and can do exaclty what it wants.

Have you tried Pistonheads Ross, a for sale ad on there? Does seem to get quite a few buyers, if the number of 'SOLD VIA PISTONHEADS!' titles there are on some of the cars in there

Other than that maybe the back of PVW, or as someone suggested, targeting a surfer publication/website/forum? I know if I were a surfer I'd love to turn up in the Fun to Newquay

Don't think I had to join Ross, just hit 'create advert' entered an email address, the cars details, and a password to alter details afterwards/add photos. Might be worth you taking a quick look at the classified section?
