Can't update Maps

Featured Replies

I have a Windows 10 computer, a formated 64-gb SD Card and I can't load updates I get a message:

The following feature could not be installed

Net Framework 3.5

There is an error code which tells me I need to download Windows Media Creation Tool and create an ISO image.

Anyone else had this and are there any It savvy chaps out there who could help?

i use 32Gb ntfs formatted SD Card

at what point ISO image is required?

It depends on what updates you are installing. I have the Amundsen. My updates require the exact SD card installed. No other card worked. So a simple back up then install to SD card.. This worked for me.

But it won't let me download Windows net. Framework 3.5.

If you do need it .net 3.5 can be added to windows 10 from the control panel - programs - turn windows features on/off

Find .net framework 3.5 and tick it

On at the start menus just type "windows features" to find the same-sex menu. Have to do this often for installing our particular software for work.

Edit just seen Mik3F posted the same

Can you not just connect to your WiFi and update that way?

I have updated my maps that way, simple.
