Removing hatchback internal tailgate trim - help

Featured Replies

Hi

I am about to get window tinting film added to the rear of my MK3 superb hatchback. In order to make it look more factory fitted I would like it placed between the glass and the high level 3rd brake light.

Has anyone removed the trim trim up there? Is that part glued to the glass?

Any advice appreciated!

Ok so I did it and it just pulls off with force. Pops in much easier.. Just updating in case anyone else needs to remove the trim.

Hi, just wondered if you removed the lower boot trim as well? I need to get mine off to recover the lost tail light bolt (stupid Skoda design) but I’m not sure how it’s fixed in place
