Have a mk3 Superb on order in Sportline trim. With a toddler who has a habit of puking on trips longer than 10 minutes I want to make sure we don't end up with a seat soaked in vomit and have to live with the smell for ever more. Is there a hydrophobic spray that is reliable? The dealership I test drove at handed me a wad of shiny brochures offering an expensive upholstery protection service but I'm wary. Any tips much appreciated.

 

Search liquify on amazon. I used it on a pair of trail shoes and muddy water just runs off. Might be worth contacting the company to see if it's suitable for Alcantara.

We have the expensive upholstery protection on ours and so far everything that has been spilt has been easily cleaned off, including the dogs being sick
