RNS510 rebooting issue

Featured Replies

Hi all new to the forum but I have been reading some older threads and my problem seems common.

i have a 2014 superb elegance with the rns510 in it however it’s doing the constant reboot.

i have downloaded firmware 5247 and managed to get it to load however it gets so far and then comes up with loading error 010306 SWL ERROR.

I burned the dvd at a slow speed as seen on other threads the slower the better however I can’t get past this problem.

Has anyone had this problem and if so did you manage to sort it. Thanks for all your help in advance

Which unit did you order? I've been thinking about getting an Android head unit, or going with the Amundsen from the Yeti (which also gives Mirrorlink/CarPlay/Android Auto).

Does the unit you've ordered also work with the steering wheel controls and/or the MFD?
