B1330F5 - Anti-theft alarm system sensor Alert - Emergency activation stage 1

Featured Replies

Carried out a full scan on the new car last night to find this, which comes back after unlocking the car.

It doesn't appear to be affecting anything that I'm aware of (I'll do a test of the alarm etc soon.)

Google isn't coming up with much and I can't see anything in here either.

Thoughts?

Not as of yet. I need to take it in and haven't had a chance to.

Out of curiosity, does the auto locking on your golf sound ok when driving away?

Morning. My auto locking is manual from a switch on inside of drivers door.

Only thing i can assume is since i am doing a scan from inside the car its testing movement sensor and is triggering the sensor some how?

Alarm is fine.

I have cleared the fault and will re scan again later tonight

I found it kept on coming back every time I locked the car.

In terms of the "auto" locking, when moving away over 10mph, mine locks and sometimes randomly makes different noises, so wasn't sure if it was related to that.

Well cleared the fault code. A few days later rescanned . Code gone at the minute. Hopefully no issue
