Just wanted to check whether anyone who has had the recommend oil service change at 40,000 miles has had it recorded in the electronic service history at Skoda?

 

had my DSG oil changed and it’s not showing and worrying whether it has been done.

Have the dealership that you paid to do the work and that gave you the invoice put the DSG service on the system. 

The third party garage (CarShop) paid for the service so no paperwork for me. Just thought it should have appeared on the online service record. 

Only put on the system if it is an Approved VW Group repairer or one with licensed equipment IME.

 

Who did they pay to do it?  I would want a record that it was done.
