When I put my foot down, my boost goes up to 0.5 bar then my car starts shaking, then after 2 seconds then my turbo kicks back in ,it's almost like a huge lag.

 

 

Sounds like you need a Turbo replacement to me!

Any fault codes or untoward noises?

What is your MAF readings on idle with no AC on? And trought the REVS?
