Whats Involved if vRS 20k Service

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me what is involved in the 20k service on the Fabia vRS

Does the work involve removing the wheels for inspecting breaks / suspension?

Mine was serviced on Friday last week and then went in for a full set of new tyres yesterday and watching the amount of force and effort required to remove the wheels from the hubs once the bolts had been removed and speaking the the tyre fitter the wheeles hadnt been off for months. I would have thought they would have been removed for inspection as part of the service,

I'm now wondering how thourgh the dealer has been while servicing my car.

oil and filter change , pollen filter and put on the diagnostic tester is i think all they do , they probably should take the wheels off but as they can see the pads through the wheels they don't do it . mine were seized on also but found this out before 20k service ,hubs now copper slipped

You dont remove the wheels on any Skoda service as a service operation.
