My first of 2 posts here.

 

I've just had the emissions workshop warning come on with the orange engine light.  Looking on the forums suggest I need to replace the coolant temperature sensor.  Is it the same one for all engines?  VAG part # 059 919 501A.

 

Mine is the 2.0 TDI engine.

Well, the light has gone out now without me fixing anything.

 

I'm guessing the warning was caused by the water in the passenger side.
