I have a Skoda Fábia 2006 1.2 70hp. now I have a problem that the car loses power, does not give any type of alarm and the compression values are normal. also my mechanic does not know what to do because there is not any kind of error in the diagnosis. Has anyone else ever had a similar problem? seems all normal according to my mechanic but in reality it is not.

How often? Every five minutes? After 100miles? 

Is it just after starting, as it warms up, only when hot, random?

Describe the circumstances. Just tootling along in town, while doing a steady 70, only under steady acceleration, when you floor it and revs get to 5000?

Is there a typical situation that you would expect to provoke the power loss? Can you describe it in detail, engine temp, revs, driving situation, accelerator position, speed, gear?
