Ha! Welcome to the internet. For what it's worth, don't bet your house on a fact you've learned from the internet. I mean, you can learn how to do a facelift on YouTube!

That didn't take long to go OT again lol. :tongueout:

The Superb configurator and pricelist still shows the 2018 model, no facelift changes yet -- maybe because...

https://www.carbuyer.co.uk/news/167218/facelifted-skoda-superb-will-be-available-as-a-hybrid

"The facelifted Skoda Superb will be officially revealed before the end of 2019 - potentially at the Frankfurt Motor Show - before going on sale in 2020. "

That sucks, a launch at Frankfurt in September probably means too late for me :-(

I am not sure, but it may be related to new VW Passat facelift launch. VAG don't want to launch them at the same time. This way Passat gets head up for new orders at least for half a year.

Fresh report days after Autocar reported, but then VW Group are a customer of Haymarket Media Group owners of Autocar, What Car, Pistonheads etc.

Haymarket Group even organize launches of new VW Group models.

Good thing 'press conferences',

but 'most exciting  rumors'  is odd.

Why not ask the boss can you confirm or do we have to say it is a rumor because VW have not yet approved.

Are TDI's going to be 204bhp.    & what about Skoda and diesels, do you not want to be done with VW cheats and emissions scandals?

Sporty diesels are a thing of the past unless maybe those with more show than go for sales reps.

Skoda plans to introduce a total of 30 new cars between now and 2022”

Lots gets lost in translation. German to Czech to English to the press, to print.

Before it was 19 new models by the end 2020.

So likely 9 models in different versions.

Maybe you’re right but I’ll still be staggered if Skoda have 9 new hybrid/EV models by 2022.

Variants of the models, with ICE, hybrid and EV.   You can spin that to 30 models.

Citigo replacement. / Koq.

Family size City EV. / Kraq.

Fabia replacement.  Maybe with estate  (Rally heritage / DNA and success and nothing like a R5)

Scala.

Kamiq.

Karoq.

Kodiaq.

Octavia Hatch  / Krapi / Taxi/ RSy.

Octavia Estate. / Krappri  /RSi.

Superb / Kroqi.

Superb Estate. Kooki.

Vision iV.
