Would be interested to know if they are charging you to set the anti high jack feature......

I have just booked mine in for annual inspection / 10k service... and they want to

charge for doing it .....

same here, they wanted to charge for mine at the 10k service, I told 'em they had to have VAG-com plugged in to check for fault codes, and a couple of clicks would do the doors, but nnnoooooooo....... so **** 'em, got the doors done by Bryand for free at a meet, and had it serviced at JBS the next time at 20k.....

Mine did it for free - Robert Bamford in Cheltenham...

Not good servicemif they charge for such trivial things... :(

I was told it was featured in the car, when I picked it up ( 18 months old) I noticed it was not working so I just thought the salesman was wrong, then I read on hear you can activate it again. I had this on my 03 Ibiza which i thoight was good.

Dealers dont use VAG COM ;)

mine was factory set.

It does not make a noise when it activates, so it might be worth checking to see whether or not you have it.

just drive it above 10mph, stop, and et a friend to try and open the door.

You may be surprised to find it already active.
