Bluetooth and Handsfree Enabling in Yeti Elegance 2011 , India

Featured Replies

Hi,

I recently took a pre-owned Skoda Yeti Elegance 4X4 2011 model in India. It has a Bolero Infotainment System which has Radio, Media Card and Auxiliary already enabled. I can see tab for BT-Audio as well but that is not enabled.

I read in forums, there is possibility of enabling the same with some additional compatible devices, but not able to find whether anybody did it in India. I want  mostly to use it for Hands free calling. Though I can buy one external system from Jabra or Motorola, but if enabling in Bolero is possible, then I will prefer that. Thanks.

Check under the seats to see if there is a Bluetooth unit fitted. They weren't a standard fitment.

Then in that case your car is not equipped with a Bluetooth receiver.
The only way around it is as Ken suggests above.
