Grab the centre caps off eBay or Amazon, you can get a set of four for around a tenner.

 

Not genuine but every bit as good, I've had a few sets and they've been great.

 

You can even get the new black and chrome ones...

Top tip for removing the old ones, without removing the wheels. Get a self tapper, or wood screw and screw it in half way into the middle of the centre cap, then use a pair of pliers to pull the screw which should bring the old centre cap off with it.
