OBDeleven - DRL with turn signal

Tried my OBDeleven today. Works fine. But i tried to use one of the apps to program my DRL but it didnt seem to work.

 

The value was OFF then i changed it to DIMM and the programming was succesfull according to the app. But havent seen a difference at all.

 

This is what om looking for:

 

 

Did i do something wrong?

Can this be done with vcds?

I would be very cautious using the pre programmed apps with obd eleven. If you google it or you tube it, theres a lot of stuff/videos of the apps messing the car up.  As you dont know what has been changed. 

 

I have obdeleven myself and upgradrd to pro and have changed what i need to via coding/adaptions. Similar to how you would via vcds.

More than likely it will also fail the MOT (as a number of Octavia owners have found out)

Imo how it is as standard looks pretty cool as it is.  Its not a clear orange light when its alternating imo
