Three clunks on RH lock

Featured Replies

The car is making these noises on N/S/F.

I sat in it firstly and I got a clunk from just sitting in it.

From research it suggests a CV joint?

The MOT in January had the N/S/F wheel bearing advisory as, "possible slight noise."

Could this be the CV joint?

Including labour?

They were about £50 (inc VAT) from EuroCarParts last time I looked. You're supposed to replace them in pairs.

Wouldn't expect a knackered CV joint or wheel bearing to make any noise just from getting into the car.
