Are there in UK the same... 2 type of ACC? IS there any difference in hardware or why the limitations of speed between the 2 and the 300E price diff?

210kph is 130mph so there would be no road legal requirement for this in the UK.

 

Also in the UK (imagine a world where the law changed tomorrow and the lifted the speed limit on the motorways) if you were cruising at 130mph someone going at 70mph would likely change into your lane 100m in front of you and then assuming you both survive the crash they would claim it was your fault because you went into the back of them.
