Just wondering if anyone could help I had a issue with my maf sensor not working so I replaced it and the dash light is still on.

 

I then checked the and connecter , they seem to be fine,  I then checked fuse 43 which was blown, I replaced and no luck the fuse blown again 

 

 

@V23vrs - Which tells me 2 things:-

 

1. You didn't cancel down fault codes after replacing the MAF.
2. You have an unresolved electrical fault.

I cleared the faults  codes and it still showed up 

 

Did you get a genuine MAF or an aftermarket pattern one?

VAG engines a have deep rooted hatred of non genuine sensors..
