That's just listed as a Floding Roof Antenna. The Phone/Sat Nav ones have different numbers.

1UO 035 505 G is for Phones

1UO 035 507 A is for Sat Nav and/or Phone

Can you see a number on the old one?

Possibly is a Phone one I would think.
