Hi I have lost central locking to my rear drivers door and also power to the electric window. Are the two connected and what are the possible causes/solutions. 

Check all the connectors to the door.

If it ends up being the wires as they pass through the rubber bellow between the front wing and drivers door, then Skoda should hang their heads in shame, as this issue plagues the MkII.
